    Fire Spin was the hardest-hitting attack in the whole of Base Set. The card that started a thousand collections.

  2. 2000Erika's JigglypuffGym Challenge

    One of the first Trainer's Pokémon, a kind of card that first appeared in Gym Heroes.

  3. 2005Scizor exEX Unseen Forces

    A rare Pokémon ex that could evolve from either Scyther or Scyther ex, a trick very few ex cards ever had.

  4. 2011NBlack & White Noble Victories

    The first ever full-art Supporter card, and still one of the great comeback cards.

  5. 2012Rayquaza EXBlack & White Dragons Exalted

    Dragon-type cards joined the game in Dragons Exalted, and Rayquaza EX led the charge.

  6. 2016Greninja BREAKXY BREAKpoint

    BREAK Evolution kept every attack and Ability of the Pokémon underneath. Giant Water Shuriken did the rest.

  7. 2019Pikachu & Zekrom-GXSun & Moon Team Up

    TAG TEAM Pokémon-GX were the first cards to give up three Prize cards when Knocked Out. Big Basic, big feelings.

    Pokémon V opened the Sword & Shield era. Intrepid Sword made Zacian the deck to beat.

  9. 2023MagikarpScarlet & Violet Paldea Evolved
