Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds on any products purchased.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about an item, contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to help.
If there is a genuine problem with your order (for example, the item received is materially different from what was listed), contact us as soon as possible. Any resolution outside of this policy is at the discretion of the sales assistant handling your case.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
