Pick-Up Orders
Pick-up orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email with collection instructions and store details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary. Occasional delays can occur due to carrier or customs issues.
Shipping Options:
- AusPost Express: 1–3 business days (within Australia)
- International Express: 5–10 business days (subject to customs)

Damaged or Lost Items
