Shipping Policy

When We Ship

We dispatch online orders twice a week — every Monday and Wednesday. Your order will go out on whichever of those days comes next after you place it. If a dispatch day falls on a public holiday, dispatch shifts to the following business day.

Pick-Up Orders

Pick-up orders are usually ready 24–48 hours after they’re placed. We’ll email you when your order is ready and let you know which store to collect it from.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times below are estimates from when the order is dispatched, not from when it’s placed.

Shipping Options:

  • Domestic (Australia): AusPost Express — typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • International: Flat-rate Standard — delivery time varies by destination.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Swap Itt is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.

Damaged or Lost Items

Swap Itt is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We're happy to assist with any documentation you may need.

International Shipping

We offer flat-rate international standard shipping. Customs clearance and local delivery times vary by country, so please allow additional time. Any customs duties, import taxes or local fees are the customer’s responsibility.
