Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary, and occasional delays can occur.
Standard Shipping Options:
- Standard Domestic: 3-7 business days
- Express Domestic: 1-3 business days
- International Standard: 10-20 business days
- International Express: 5-10 business days
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) for easy monitoring.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SwapITT is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
SwapITT is not liable for any items damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. For international orders, please note that shipping times may be longer due to customs processing and local delivery conditions. International customers may be subject to customs fees and taxes after the item ships.
