Selling, Buying & Trading Cards
How can I sell my cards?
You can sell to us online or in-store. Online: log in, head to Sell Your Cards in your account, upload photos and submit. We'll reply within 24–48 hours. In-store: just bring your cards in to any of our shops during opening hours.
Do you buy cards and sealed product?
We buy singles (raw or graded) and sealed product like booster boxes and ETBs. We don't buy bulk cards.
Do you offer trades?
Yes. We accept trade-ins for store credit. Bring your cards into any store and we'll work it out at the counter.
Card Grading
Do you grade cards?
Yes. We handle PSA and Beckett submissions through our trusted partner, Slabbys. You can submit in-store or online at slabbys.com.au.
Visiting the Store
When's the best time to come in to sell or trade cards?
Any time during opening hours. If you're bringing in a large amount of cards or sealed product, calling ahead is a good idea so we can make sure someone's free to look at it properly.
Where are your stores located?
We have six stores across Sydney and Wollongong: Caringbah (our flagship), Darlinghurst, Hurstville, Manly Vale, Parramatta and Wollongong. Full addresses, phone numbers and maps are on our Store Locations page.
What are your opening hours?
All stores are closed Monday. Tuesday to Saturday we're open 11am to 7pm, and Sundays 11am to 5pm. Hurstville is slightly different: Tue–Fri 11am–7pm, Saturday 11am–8pm, Sunday 11am–7pm. The online shop is open 24/7.
Orders & Shipping
How do I place an order?
Browse the online store, add items to your cart and check out. The website is open every day.
How and when do you ship?
Domestic orders go out via AusPost Express. We dispatch twice a week — every Monday and Wednesday — so your order will leave on whichever of those days comes next. Tracking is emailed when your order is sent.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer flat-rate international standard shipping. Delivery times vary by destination. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
How long until a pickup order is ready?
Pickup orders are usually ready 24–48 hours after they're placed. We'll email you when it's ready to collect.
Gift Cards
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards. After purchase, the code is sent directly to your email—no fees, no delays, no drama. Gift cards can be used online or in-store.
Authentication & Returns
Is everything you sell authentic?
Yes. Every card and sealed product we sell is 100% authentic. We do not sell fakes or reprints unless they're clearly labelled as such.
What's your return policy?
All sales are final. We don't offer change-of-mind returns. If something is genuinely wrong with your order, contact us and we'll work it out at the sales assistant's discretion.
